Great events look effortless,
but behind the scenes, someone has to take care of business.

I didn’t set out to become an event planner—but looking back, it makes perfect sense.

I was born in Shreveport, raised in Memphis, and have called Baton Rouge home since attending LSU.

For over a decade, I’ve built my career managing large-scale, high-pressure projects—leading teams, navigating complexity, and ensuring every detail is accounted for. I love structure, a well-built spreadsheet, and being the one who knows exactly what’s happening at all times.

But I thrive in the moments where it all comes to life.

That became undeniable when I stepped in and took over a friend’s wedding just 24 hours before it began—coordinating vendors, directing people, and managing every detail in real time. What could have been chaos became seamless, and I realized how much I love being the one in charge of making it all happen.

That’s what led me here.

At TCB Event Production—“Taking Care of Business in a flash,” a nod to my Memphis roots and Elvis’s iconic mantra—I bring that same level of precision, calm-under-pressure energy, and attention to detail into events that are deeply personal and genuinely joyful.

I handle the logistics, timelines, and moving pieces behind the scenes so your event feels effortless, intentional, and completely you.

Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just about planning an event—it’s about creating a space where you can be fully present, soaking in every moment, while I take care of the rest.

Hi, I’m Caroline.

When I’m not planning events, you’ll usually find me working my corporate job, spending time with my husband, daughter, and Shih Tzu, chasing live music, or traveling.

Taking care of business while you live in the moment.
